Thomas Grima is a Medical scientist and currently the Medical Scientific Liason (MSL) for Medical Cannabis at Pharma.Mt Ltd. He possesses a BSc (Hons) in Biomedical Sciences from the University of Bedfordshire and an MSc in Biomaterial and Tissue Engineering from the University College London. Having a background working in cutting edge medicine such as the GMP production of stem cells, gene therapy and oncolytic immunotherapy, while more recently working on educating the Maltese Medical scene about medical cannabis and its plethora of uses as a medical treatment.

Co-Founding Partner - Seed Consultancy
JP Fabri is a Co-Founding Partner of Seed Consultancy, a purpose-driven boutique business advisory firm. An economist by profession, JP has amassed local and international experience both in the private and public sector. JP formed part of the private office of the former Prime Minister of Malta and Governor of the Central Bank of Malta. He also has international policy advisory experience after having advised nine governments on economic development. JP is a visiting lecturer at the University of Malta.

Stephen’s career began in the investment banking division of one of Canada’s premier banks as a portfolio manager specializing in derivatives. He eventually took his experience co-founding the private equity firm Huxton Black LTD. Huxton Black operates as a hybrid robo-advisor portfolio management firm which raises capital and consults in the cannabis space.
After a sports accident rendering him in a wheelchair for 6 months, Stephen learned of the medical benefits of cannabis after quitting a severe opioid addiction cold turkey after 2 months of consuming 6mg of Dilaudid he was prescribed to take every 4 hours. This prescription was meant to last months and then continue indefinitely with a smaller dosing. Stephen used his finance background and newfound passion for the medical merits of cannabis to serve as the CEO of one of Huxton Black’s cannabis ventures called Hello Cannabis Corp. The company is now involved in 8 different projects across 3 continents after branching out from its original focus of educating physicians, unions, employers, and private corporations on the solutions surrounding medical cannabis programs. Hello Cannabis has now rapidly grown to become one of Canada’s most exciting vertically integrated cannabis companies after opening one of the first legal dispensaries in Canada with over 10 others in the queue for 2021 opening dates.
Prior to founding Hello Cannabis, Stephen founded and served as President of Cannoleum Inc (Now operating as GR Genetics) which was acquired by the Canadian licensed producer Green Relief. GR Genetics focus is exclusively on the genetic cultivation and propagation of medical cannabis plants.

Alex was present at the outset of the Canadian Medical Cannabis Industry Association (CMCIA) in 2013 and held the position of interim Executive Director. He has spoken to thousands of patients and worked with Veterans Affairs Canada on the coverage of cannabis and vaporizers and is a proponent of methods of ingestion other than smoking. At the moment he is Director of Partner Development at both Loosh and Hybrid Pharm.

Quentin is Account Director at Hague Corporate Affairs. Trained lobbyist, he has a background in Political Science, and Communication and European Affairs. At Hague, Quentin oversees and implements public affairs and communication strategies in agri-tech, health and R&I projects. In this context, he provides clients with advice on the EU regulatory framework on medicinal cannabis.
