Dr Conrad Attard is the Deputy Dean of Faculty of ICT and a Lecturer and Researcher at the Department of Computer Information Systems within the Faculty of ICT at the University of Malta and current Chair of the IEEE Malta Association. His research is focused on organisations in particular on the use of Smart technology, Just in time knowledge creation, digital health solutions at the workplace, and persuasive technology. He is the chair of the proposed MSc in digital health starting in October 2021. He leads various research projects related to pervasive electronic monitoring in healthcare (PEM).

Philip Farrugia is an Associate Professor at the Department of Industrial and Manufacturing Engineering at the University of Malta. His current research interest revolves around the development of high-value added products. Dylan Attard graduated as a medical doctor from UoM in 2017 and works as a surgical trainee at Mater Dei Hospital. Dr. Attard went on to obtain a Master in Knowledge-based Entrepreneurship the following year, during which he worked on assessing the feasibility of launching telemedicine in Malta, under the mentorship of Prof. Russel Smith from the Centre for Entrepreneurship and Business Incubation at UoM. Having a passion for digital health, he co-founded Digital Health Malta in 2017, a non-governmental association that aims to transform the healthcare sector through digital health, using technology and innovation to facilitate the transition.

Dr. Amy Tanti is currently heading the Quality Assurance and Drug safety (pharmacovigilance) team at Mater Malta Operating Ltd. Materia is a cannabis company, with manufacturing capabilities in Malta, a global head office in Canada, and distribution hubs in UK, Germany and Denmark. Prior to this role, she held a number of scientific roles at the Malta Medicines Authority, European Medicines Agency and private industry where she was responsible for assessing studies within drug dossiers. She is also co-founder at All Life Sciences – a niche firm specializing in recruitment for the life sciences industry.
